Who we are
Hope’s Dream Rescue and Sanctuary was founded by Daniela Catana in 2021 after rescuing a standardbred from Louisiana slaughter house. She was skinny and malnourished, she came in with crooked front legs and terrified of humans. Hope, as Daniela named her, inspired her to try and help others too. On January 11, 2022, Daniela formed Hope’s Dream Rescue and became a 501c3 helping hundreds of horses get rehabilitated and adopted into forever homes.
What We Do
Here at Hope’s Dream Rescue and Sanctuary we thrive in making healthy horses! We help horses in every shape and form from horrible situations and we bring them back to life, provide medical care, training, work with them and find them forever homes.
What Else We Do.…
Hope’s Dream Rescue and Sanctuary believes in education! In Summer of 2023 Hope’s Dream Team Children Center was established. We believe that horse experience and education should be available to anyone who wants to learn about horses without the fear of going broke! We also believe that horses are soul healers and calm spirits down, provide peace of mind, teach us about our feelings, teach us patience and understanding. Our children center provides donation based riding lessons and horsemanship lessons along with therapy services for anxiety, autism, ADHD, PTSD and more.
